Cubic Removals Manager is operated by CubiCal Ltd. Contact us at support@cubicremovalsmanager.com. We are the data controller for all information collected through cubicremovalsmanager.com and related services including CubiCal and FastMove.

Account data: Name, email, company name, phone number and password when you register or request access.

Business data: Job details, customer names and addresses, quotes, invoices and other records you enter. This data belongs to you — we only process it to provide the service.

Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Stripe collects billing information directly under their own privacy policy.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, login times, and device information collected automatically for security and improvement.

Support communications: Emails or messages sent to our support team.

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the Cubic Removals Manager platform • Process payments and manage your subscription or lifetime access • Send transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, access approvals) • Respond to support requests • Improve the platform based on usage patterns • Comply with legal obligations (UK tax and financial regulations)

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Under UK GDPR we process your data under:

Contract performance: Processing necessary to deliver the service you purchased. Legitimate interests: Security monitoring, fraud prevention, platform improvement. Legal obligation: UK tax and financial record-keeping requirements. Consent: Optional analytics and marketing communications — you can withdraw consent at any time.

We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing • Supabase — database hosting (EU data centres) • Vercel — platform hosting

We do not share your business data (jobs, customers, quotes, invoices) with any third parties. Lead data shared between FastMove and Cubic Removals Manager is governed by our Lead Marketplace Terms.

Data is retained while your account is active. On cancellation:

• Data retained for 90 days to allow reactivation • After 90 days, personal data deleted from active systems • Financial records retained 7 years as required by UK law • Request immediate deletion: support@cubicremovalsmanager.com

You have the right to: access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email support@cubicremovalsmanager.com to exercise any right — we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
